It was just a perfect match for a trip in Sao Paulo with very good value for money. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh pães de queijo. If you need more electrical outlets, consider bringing a power strip.

What you’ll love and what you won’t
The hotel’s location is excellent with access to shops and restaurants while providing a peaceful atmosphere. The shower pressure is outstanding, making for a refreshing experience after long outings.
Service leaves much to be desired. many staff members seem indifferent and the reception lacks the ability to assist effectively in emergencies.

Clean and neat rooms with spacious layouts. The pressure and warmth of the shower offer a fantastic refresh after a long day.
The swimming pool is disappointingly shallow at only 81cm—definitely not meant for actual swimming. The sauna requires prior activation, forcing a wait to enjoy it. Plus, the bathrooms exhibit signs of wear and need cleaning, and few electrical outlets make charging devices a hassle.

I really loved how the heated pool felt after a long day of exploring and the gym was a nice bonus for a quick workout. With the sauna and cozy sun loungers, I had plenty of ways to relax and unwind. The only downside was that some areas could use a little freshening up, but it didn't put a damper on my overall great experience. 😊

I stayed for 2 nights in the Standard Room With Three Single Beds. The room was spacious but had some quirks. The blackout curtains didn’t close all the way, which was a bummer. Also, I struggled with a lack of electrical outlets. But I loved that the shower pressure was impressive and the room was super clean! My dog also got some extra love from the staff, which was nice.
